Responsibilities
- Actively engaging in sourcing for candidates.
- Screening and scheduling candidates for interview.
- Conducting pre-interview screenings majorly through phone calls.
- Conducting interviews with selected candidates.
- Promoting candidates experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Identifying hiring needs.
- Crafting of job descriptions and requirements.
- Posting of job adverts on social media platforms and job websites.
- Following up with hires.
- Participating in all recruitment related activities.
Qualification
- B.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline
- At least 2 Years of post NYSC experience in recruitment.
- Good Communication (written and Verbal) Skills.
- Advanced interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
