In an Instagram video, veteran actress Kate Henshaw stepped forward to caution Nigerians against this growing trend of trolling and reminded everyone of the importance of empathy during difficult times.
Kate Henshaw, took to Instagram to address the issue of online trolling. She emphasized that people should refrain from criticizing and trolling celebrities who have chosen not to post about Mohbad’s passing or have continued promoting their own work without paying immediate tribute.
She stated that we don’t know how people deal with things. It was a reminder that everyone processes grief differently. The actress urged her fellow Nigerians to show compassion and understanding instead of resorting to harsh judgements.
One important aspect of Mohbad’s passing has been the outpouring of financial support for his surviving family members, particularly his young son.
