Nollywood actress Ariyo Oluwakemisola Apesin, popularly known as Kemity, has taken to Instagram to commemorate the first anniversary of the passing of her colleague and friend, Quadri Oyebamiji, fondly called Sisi Quadri.
Kemity shared a heartfelt video capturing cherished moments with the late actor, expressing her grief and the enduring pain of his loss. She described Sisi Quadri as a remarkable brother and colleague, emphasizing the deep void his absence has left in her life and the industry.
Exactly a year today, I lost a brother and a very good colleague. Truly, pain and grief don’t go away; we just learn to live with it and mourn the passing of our loved ones. Forever in our hearts, Sisi Quadri,” Kemity wrote. She further prayed for his soul to find peace in heaven and reflected on the unexpected nature of his passing.
The entertainment world was shaken on the evening of March 1, 2024, when news of Sisi Quadri’s death surfaced online. Reports revealed that the actor passed away due to kidney-related complications, a revelation confirmed by blogger Seun Oloketuyi via Instagram.
