LAND SURVEYOR
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Overview
Rosettee Construction is a leading construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects with excellence and integrity. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor to join our team at our site in Alaro Epe, Lagos.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, elevation levels, and other relevant data. Job
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, maps, and sketches.
- Use GPS and other surveying instruments to collect and analyze data.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure survey data is integrated into project plans.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.
- Prepare and revise land survey drawings using CAD software.
- Monitor and report on survey progress and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding land surveying.
- Provide guidance and supervision to surveying assistants and technicians. LAND SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land surveying.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other surveying software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to land surveying in Nigeria.
