As a key member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in negotiating repayment terms with borrowers, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. LOAN RECOVERY SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate repayment terms with borrowers via phone, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Maintain detailed records of communication and payment agreements
- Utilize strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills to resolve issues
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure while upholding ethical standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals. Job

Qualification
