Sadio Mane of Bayern Munich is currently in negotiations for a transfer to Al Nassr, a team in the Saudi Pro League.
This move might happen just a year after he departed from Liverpool.
During this period, Mane’s representative met with Al Nassr’s sporting director, Goran Vucevic, at the Pine Cliffs hotel in Portugal to explore the possibility of the Senegalese forward joining the Saudi Arabian club.
Even though Mane had only joined Bayern Munich last summer, making a £35 million ($45 million) switch from Liverpool, it seems he’s considering a new chapter in his career.
Al Nassr has been active in the transfer market, having already secured deals for players like Marcelo Brozovic from Inter Milan and Seko Fofana from Lens. They are also pursuing a deal for Manchester United’s full-back, Alex Telles.
Before any potential transfer takes place, Mane will be accompanying Bayern Munich on their pre-season tour, where they will face Manchester City in a forthcoming match.
