Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the design and country teams, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Writing, scheduling, and posting content across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the design and country teams, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Identify and create culturally relevant content, working closely with the team to ensure that we are continually exploring new approaches and adopting a ‘testing and learning’ culture.
  • Assisting with the creation, execution, and measurement of paid media campaigns.
  • Repurposing content (images, videos, podcasts, blogs) to be posted across all media platforms.
  • Crafting unique messaging that stands out in a competitive market.
  • Attend occasional marketing events to enable event content creation, coverage, and engagement.
  • Maintain relationships and liaise with partner organizations and external agencies, creating content in harmony effectively and efficiently.
  • Generating marketing reports for in-house analysis.
  • Ensuring that the social media planner is maintained and up to date.
  • Suggesting new influencers, negotiating terms with them, liaising to agree and produce content, approving and publishing their content, and tracking and monitoring its success once the activity is live.
  • Community management: monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Qualification

  • At least 1 – 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Passionate about marketing and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Results-driven and will work through every avenue to achieve your objectives.
  • Process-driven and constantly looking at new ways to improve how things are done.
  • Familiarity with social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Experience in ad platforms and managing ad campaigns on META, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.
  • Familiar with analytics tools like Google Analytics and design tools like Canva, Adobe, and Figma.
  • Experience in Social Media Management systems e.g. Buffer
  • Experience developing personal or professional social media accounts.
  • Experience creating video content.
  • Ability to write punchy copy for marketing materials.
  • Act as a voice for online trends, keeping the team up to date with the latest content trends.
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry would be desirable but not essential.

Education

  • University-educated with a relevant degree
