Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing says she is trying to avoid jail as she continues her social media feud with colleague Lizzy Anjorin.
The actress, known for her bold personality, made it clear that she isn’t scared of Lizzy but is only trying to control her temper.
Days ago, Lizzy Anjorin had mocked Nkechi over her failed relationship, triggering a fiery response from the actress. Nkechi challenged Lizzy to pick a location, promising to “beat her like a child,” despite her earlier decision to stay away from online drama. She accused Lizzy of constantly provoking her and said she had been ignoring her out of maturity.
Taking to Instagram again, Nkechi made it clear that her silence shouldn’t be mistaken for fear.
“Avoiding drama doesn’t mean I’m scared of you. I have anger issues and I’m trying to avoid jail,” she wrote.

The drama between both actresses has been ongoing for years, with each occasionally shading the other online.
In a past interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Lizzy defended her reputation, claiming she never attacks her colleagues first. According to her, she only reacts when others disrespect her, insisting her online clashes are always provoked.
Meanwhile, Nkechi recently got emotional on social media, lamenting how some people have tried to ruin her brand. She emphasized that she doesn’t rely on men for money and is working hard to rebuild her image.
Earlier this year, she publicly apologized to those she might have offended, admitting that her controversial lifestyle had cost her endorsement deals. She expressed her desire to live in peace and thanked her loyal supporters for standing by her through the storms.
