Nollywood actress Biola Bayo is currently facing a tough time as all her Instagram accounts, including personal and business pages, have been deactivated.
Sharing the update on her backup page, the mother of one expressed her faith, stating that those reporting her accounts were “fighting God, not her,” and she remains confident that her pages will be retrieved by God’s grace.
Happy Sunday to you all! My main page and business accounts, including Biolabayo1, Royalfoodmart, Talktob podcast, and Jewelrybyb, have all been deactivated. Kindly follow my backup page @biolaadebayo_backup till we’re able to retrieve them,” Biola wrote.
This setback comes on the heels of other personal and professional challenges. Last week, Biola lamented the high cost of Asoebi, revealing she has eight Owambes before the year ends totaling around N2 million, and decided to stop buying new aso-ebi, opting to reuse what she already owns.
In previous years, the actress has faced similar hurdles. Two years ago, she revealed that one of her movies had been pulled down from all platforms, leaving her disappointed and relying on faith and the support of fans and colleagues to navigate the situation. A year ago, she broke down in tears on Instagram, sharing how deeply saddened and heartbroken she felt due to an undisclosed incident.
Despite these challenges, Biola has experienced moments of gratitude and support. Last year, award-winning filmmaker Kenny George surprised her when she was financially exhausted, affirming her belief that God provides in unexpected ways.
