Etinosa’s journey has not been without struggles. She has openly spoken about enduring domestic violence in her first marriage to Babatunde Solomon, a military officer, at the age of 22. Her second marriage, to a Benin-based lawyer, ended just eight months after they tied the knot in 2020, despite welcoming a child together.
In reflecting on her past marital ordeal, she once recounted the emotional and mental challenges she faced, especially societal pressures regarding infertility. However, she has turned her pain into purpose, using her life experiences as inspiration for her filmmaking.
