The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in defining and delivering innovative financial products that align with market needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for local operation in Nigeria, including but not limited to operation strategy, activity planning, etc.
- Monitor and analyze the Operations data.
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive product enhancements
- Quickly and effectively identify problems according to the data and propose solutions for process optimization and product improvement.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
- Support the creation of a comprehensive product roadmap
- Conduct product market research analysis, surveys and manual testing.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, market-ready products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, customer service, marketing, and sales, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct data cleaning and ensure improvement in data accuracy, higher quality datasets for analysis and decision-making.
- Support the development and deployment of data analysis tools.
- Accelerate data processing and optimization and enhance team efficiency in handling large datasets. Job
Qualification
- Experience working as a Chinese Translator is an added advantage.
- Minimum bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in excel, ppt and other office software.
- Familiar with and handle debit orders, refund orders, repayment problem orders.
- Daily user operation: including push and outbound call arrangement, etc
- Understand and interpret all kinds of data.
- Ability to suggest product optimization to improve user conversion and retention rate through competitive market research or data analysis.
- Must be smart and able to work in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
