Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Operator/Dispatcher. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our delivery operations, coordinating with riders, and attracting new customers to utilize our logistics services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the delivery operations
- ensuring timely and efficient parcel deliveries.
- Communicate with riders to assign delivery tasks and track their progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand our client base.
- Maintain records of deliveries, customer information, and feedback.
Qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role in the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to get new customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
