Big Brother Naija Level Up winner Ijeoma Otabor, professionally known as Phyna, has proudly expressed her contentment in being independent and secure.
The reality star, who recently revealed her net worth as an actor on Instagram, stated that she believes a woman who can earn a living and support herself should be as happy as anyone else. She emphasized how the feeling of independence and security brings immense satisfaction.
Phyna also shared a powerful quote, saying,
Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, and small minds discuss people.” She further stressed the importance of self-reliance, stating, “The girl who can earn her own living and pay her own way should be as happy as anybody on Earth. The sense of independence and security is very sweet.”
Phyna’s fans flocked to her comment section to hype her up. Actress Etinosa Idemudia commented, “She is everything she says she is,” while other fans praised her for staying true to her words.
Recently, Phyna disclosed that she earns about five million Naira a month from acting, working on around three films monthly. This comes after she addressed questions about how much actors make. Despite setbacks, including losing 17 brand deals due to controversies and false accusations, Phyna remains confident. She recalled rejecting a N5 million offer from a man at a nightclub who had solicited her for sex, humorously stating that N5 million is “chicken change” to her.
