Job Description
We are currently looking for a Principal/Staff Product Designer to join our mission at TradeLink.
Responsibilities
- UX Design & Research:: Owning end2end Product Research/Design/UX in one domain with our teams.
- Collaboration: Contributing to cross-team topics like Design SystemsRepositories and Research Repository.
- Visual Design: Utilize your graphic design expertise to create visually stunning interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Perform rigorous testing and validation of design concepts, leveraging data to optimize design decisions and measure success.
- Design Excellence: Advocate for design excellence and continuous improvement, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in design.
- Team: Mentoring Junior Product Designers
Qualification
- Design Mastery: Extensive experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX research, design skills, and visual design prowess in B2B/Software products or similar.
- User-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX research methodologies, with a track record of creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Miro, Dovetail) and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions and concepts effectively.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead design initiatives within cross-functional teams, with a strong individual contributor mindset. Experience in coaching and mentoring other designers is a plus.
- Growth Mindset: A robust growth mindset, demonstrating resilience and the drive to tackle challenges head-on, continuously learn, and grow.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German
