Priscilla Ojo has advised mothers to avoid wearing white whenever they’re stepping out with their children.
The daughter of Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo took to Instagram to share a photo of her dress, stained by her baby, and humorously cautioned parents never to wear white around kids.
“Going out with kids? Never wear white,” she wrote.
Her post quickly drew reactions from followers who could relate to her experience. One user commented, “Experience taught me that,” while another added, “Honestly, kids and wahala are like 5 & 6.”
Priscilla’s post comes weeks after Nollywood actress Regina Daniels also shared a tip for mothers of boys, advising them to always dress in trousers whenever they’re out with their sons — because boys can be a handful in public.
It will be recalled that Priscilla and her Tanzanian husband, Juma Jux, welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Prince Raheem Ayomide Mkambala, on August 24 in Canada.
Like many new mums, Priscilla proudly showed off her postpartum body and shared her labour experience. According to her, she was rushed to the hospital at 3 a.m., and all her plans to look stylish while creating content in the delivery room went out the window once the contractions began.
She also praised her mother, Iyabo Ojo, and actress Lola Alao for supporting her through recovery, describing them as her “lifesavers.” Priscilla noted that they ensured she got enough rest and healing time, adding that she’s grateful to come from a family of strong women.
