Job Description
- As a Product Marketing Manager at Beauty Butler, you’re a creative member of our Growth team and collaborate closely with our Product, Design, Sales, and Engineering Teams to define and maintain the Beauty Butler brand. You’re an avid storyteller, possess a keen understanding of user needs and behaviors, and can implement a flawless marketing strategy.
- You’ll be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, developing & executing marketing campaigns, and coordinating efforts across various marketing disciplines, including digital and social media to achieve our brand goals. If you are passionate about building new use cases and driving 0 > 1 opportunities, this role is for you!
- User Advocate: Conduct user, industry, and competitor research to understand trends, user preferences, and behaviors; ensuring that product decisions align with user needs. Be a tireless advocate for users. Utilize data and research together to define optimal experiences for all users.
- Brand Champion: Own Beauty Butler’s go-to-market strategy from start to finish. Create and maintain consistent brand messaging across various aspects of Beauty Butler. Design brand guidelines that present information in a way that users care about.
- Avid Storyteller: Create engaging materials that highlight product features and benefits, as well as increase brand visibility and engagement. Oversee and manage social media accounts, and champion Beauty Butler’s content creation, including videos, blog posts, or slide presentations. Collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials.
- Data Enthusiast: Analyze data and success metrics to monitor the performance of growth campaigns and experiments, recommending and implementing improvements on future iterations of the product.
Responsibilities
- You are a product marketer with 4+years of work experience in brand, marketing, growth, and communication-related roles.
- You’ve demonstrated success in product positioning and launching differentiated products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- You’re comfortable working with product management to define goals and metrics for product launches.
- You can craft compelling messages across marketing channels in a way that appeals to the target user.
- You excel in complex problem spaces, aren’t afraid to ask important questions and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of marketing strategies.
- You have a bias for action – speed matters in business. You’re a self starter.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify brand and marketing decisions to stakeholders.
- You are a strong facilitator who collaborates across lots of different functions (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies.
- You’re a self-motivated, creative, and solutions-focused team player.
- You have excellent leadership, judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding relevant established targets and KPIs.
- You have knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc)
Job Requirements
Nice to have:
- BSc / BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
- A track record of leading 0 > 1 initiatives is a big plus.
- Knowledge of booking and management software is a plus.
- Background in design and copywriting is a plus

- Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 / month.
