Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Valuer at Gtext Holdings in Lagos Island. The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals, valuations, and communicating with clients. The role also involves working closely with estate agents, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate property assessments.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Appraisal and Valuation skills
- Experience in working with Estate Agents
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of property valuation methodologies
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
