Job Description

We are looking for Remote Recovery Agents to join our team. The Remote Recovery Agent manages and monitors delinquent accounts, negotiates payment plans, and collects payments. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

• Minimum OND academic qualification
• No limit on years of experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
• Must have a functional smartphone
