Job Description
Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify latest trends, growth, opportunities etc
- Identify opportunity for growth and develop a marketing plan that supports the company’s goal and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders including customers, vendors and Media partners.
- Develop and maintain various sales channels (emails, phone calls, online chat etc) to increase customer engagement, drive sales and gather feedback
- Coordinate and participate in various conferences, product launch events and other marketing related activities
- Answering clients questions about credit terms, product, prices and availability.
Qualification
- Candidate should possess minimum of OND qualification
- Proven experience as a sales personnel or a marketer
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
