Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Sed Property Limited. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote the company’s products and services, as well as generating new business leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues from different teams to drive marketing and sales initiatives, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in real estate sales and marketing, or related industries, is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
