Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Astral Abodes Ltd located in Lagos. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Job
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of market research and analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
