We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will possess a background in health insurance, demonstrating exceptional skills in communication and customer service. With a commitment to convincing clients at all costs, the Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include driving sales activities, developing and implementing training programs, and overseeing the entire customer sales journey through to deal completion.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for sales teams.
- Utilize your exceptional ability to convince clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales and sales management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in managing the complete customer sales journey.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
