Job Description
As a Marketing Executive at our company (a Real Estate firm), you will play a vital role in driving sales and promoting our products/services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives and revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
- Identify and target key customer segments to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and other online platforms.
- Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media advertising.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s products/services and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively convey key messages.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
