Job Description

Effective redistribution of client products to enhance their availability, visibility, and accessibility across all sales channels.

 Responsibilities

  • Effective redistribution of client products to enhance their availability, visibility, and accessibility across all sales channels.
  • Stay informed about all ongoing promotions and advertisements.
  • Process and replenish stock at retail locations while closely monitoring stock levels.
  • Manage the route-to-market personnel, ensuring efficient distribution.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the team.

Qualification

  • Education: HND / Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of the FMCG distribution chain.
  • Self-motivated to work independently while collaboratively driving business objectives.

Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead sales teams.
  • Strong numerical and target-oriented skills.
