Responsibilities
- Effective redistribution of client products to enhance their availability, visibility, and accessibility across all sales channels.
 - Stay informed about all ongoing promotions and advertisements.
 - Process and replenish stock at retail locations while closely monitoring stock levels.
 - Manage the route-to-market personnel, ensuring efficient distribution.
 - Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the team.
 
Qualification
- Education: HND / Bachelor’s Degree
 - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
 - A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
 - Extensive experience in all aspects of the FMCG distribution chain.
 - Self-motivated to work independently while collaboratively driving business objectives.
 
Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead sales teams.
 - Strong numerical and target-oriented skills.
