Up-and-coming Nollywood talent, Sarah Martins, has recently opened up about the ongoing conflict with her former best friend, Judy Austin.
The actress expressed deep-seated hurt and frustration, indicating that while she was the best thing to happen to Judy Austin, she endured the worst from her.
Sarah’s father confirmed her struggle, mentioning her unexpressed grievances and emphasizing the necessity for Sarah to voice her pain before she can forgive and move on. Sarah recounted instances of reactions from people close to Judy, citing a fan who unfollowed her after witnessing Judy’s negative behaviour towards Sarah.
Martins further detailed her supportive actions towards Judy, highlighting how Judy seemingly hindered potential business connections worth significant amounts from reaching Sarah. Sarah expressed her hurt, stating, “If you were in my shoes, how would you feel?”
The conflict escalated as Sarah revealed her disappointment in Judy’s actions, vowing to continue speaking out until she finds healing. She accused Judy of orchestrating situations to isolate her from others and doing deceitful deeds behind her back.
The ongoing rift began when Sarah distanced herself from Judy, aligning herself with May and Rita Edochie, causing Judy to unfollow her and erase all mentions of Sarah on her social media. Sarah, in response, lamented the apparent block on social media from Judy and her husband, hoping that love would eventually prevail.
