Responsibilities
- Contribute to the overall product and design direction of the company
- Work cross functionally with engineers and other partners
- Come up with features and improvements that ship quickly with high quality
- Evolve our internal design system
- Create flows, prototypes and high-fidelity visuals
- Help with hiring and establishing a design culture within the company
- Conduct customer interviews and usability tests
Qualification
- 5+ years in product design
- Portfolio of past work
- Highly refined and polished design style
- Experience in B2C and B2B SaaS products
- Experience working for a product-focused tech company
