Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering and product delivery experience, from those at least 3 of them on a Senior Individual Contributor position (Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect or similar)
- Strong background in algorithms and high-performance distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with multiple tech stacks (Java, NodeJS, Mobile), with expertise in at least one of them, and seasoned in multiple architectures, from Monoliths to Microservices to Serverless.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure technologies (ideally GCP) and past experiences with cloud migration. Nice to have experience consolidating solutions from separate markets into a single global one.
- Excellent (English) communication and analytical skills. Nice to have knowledge of Polish or French language, but not mandatory.
