Nollywood couple Stan Nze and Blessing Obasi are in a joyous mood as they celebrate their son, Jay, who turns 2 today, August 18, 2025.
Taking to Instagram, proud dad Stan described his little boy as “pikin wey dey give him papa joy.” He prayed for God’s love to radiate in Jay’s heart, for him to embody peace, and to be blessed with wisdom greater than King Solomon’s.

For her part, actress Blessing Obasi reflected on the faith-filled journey that brought them their son. She recalled moving from quiet prayers whispered in hope to the loud laughter now filling their home.
Describing Jay as a covenant child and proof of God’s faithfulness, she celebrated him as a “promise kept and fulfilled.”

Earlier this year, Stan opened up about how some people once mocked his wife and labeled her barren. He revealed that despite his struggles when he had nothing, Blessing stood firmly by his side, often saving up just to support him. He stressed that no grateful man would abandon such a woman after making it in life.
