Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead Manager at Coronation Insurance Plc. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team, coordinating daily operations, setting performance goals, and ensuring the team’s success. This role is based in Lagos but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in insurance operations
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
- Professional certifications in insurance.
Location: Lagos State, Nigeria Hybrid.
