Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele Marketing/Customer Service Representative located in Lagos, with some flexibility for remote work. The Tele Marketing/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service and support to customers, communicating effectively with customers, and making sales as necessary.
Qualifications
- Lead generation and sales skills
- Customer service and customer support skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in tele marketing, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is an advantage
