Job Description

Responsibilities
- Create system items and assign them to categories.
- Keep control and updates of the categories and correct item allocation.
- Maintain and update the suppliers’ catalogs and contracts.
Qualification
- Degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field preferred.
- Over 3 years of experience as a procurement buyer or in a similar position within system procurement operational roles.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, Spanish will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in purchasing software, such as Dynamics365.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, suppliers, and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify and analyze procurement opportunities.
- Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
