Real Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti, has quashed the rumors claiming they will sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli but hailed the player as “one of the best in Europe”.
Osimhen led the Serie A club to their first title in 33 years last season.
He also won the league’s top goalscorer award with an impressive 26 goals, making him the first African to do so.
His remarkable achievements saw him linked with Madrid, PSG, Chelsea, and Manchester United.
However, Ancelotti, as per Fussball, has unequivocally put an end to the speculation, stating, “Osimhen is one of the best strikers in Europe, but to be honest, we never thought of him.”
