Controversial talent manager , Ubi Franklin, recently shared photos on Instagram accompanied by words of encouragement for his followers. He advised them to overcome fear and act on their business ideas, saying,
Never too late to start that business idea that’s been giving you sleepless nights. Do it Afraid.”
Ubi’s motivational post comes amid reports of his alleged separation from his professional ties with singer Davido and his wife, Chioma Adeleke. Blogger Stella Dimokokorkus revealed on Instagram that Chioma had reportedly dismissed Ubi as her manager, citing business-related embarrassments.
This alleged fallout has led to speculation about the former manager’s current standing with Davido’s 30BG crew. Ubi’s recent birthday notably lacked public recognition from Davido and his team, sparking further conversation online.
Despite these challenges, Ubi Franklin showcased resilience, posting fresh photos on Instagram with a bold declaration:
There is no sign of weakness from my end. God’s protection and angelic assistance assure progress.”
Ubi’s recent experiences are not without controversy. He was previously embroiled in a messy public dispute with singer Spyro over unpaid royalties. Spyro alleged that Ubi owed him $5,000 for a performance in Ghana, while Ubi countered by claiming Spyro owed him a 10% commission from a car sale he facilitated.
