Job Description:

As a Videographer and Editor within our agency, you will be an integral part of our creative team, responsible for producing visually compelling and engaging video content for our clients. Your expertise in videography and editing will play a pivotal role in creating high-quality videos that captivate audiences and drive channel growth. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the success of their YouTube channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Video Production: Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots, ensuring high product quality and adherence to client briefs and creative strategies. Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio devices to capture professional-grade footage. Direct clients and guide on-camera performances.
• Post-Production Editing: Utilize your strong editing skills to transform raw footage into polished and engaging videos. Edit videos using industry-standard software, incorporating creative storytelling techniques, transitions, effects, and sound design. Ensure the final product aligns with the client’s brand identity and creative vision.
• Visual Branding: Maintain consistency in visual branding across each client’s videos by adhering to brand guidelines and style preferences. Create visually appealing graphics, lower thirds, and other elements to enhance the video content. Continuously explore new creative approaches and techniques to elevate the quality of video production.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, creative directors, and other team members to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with the YouTube managers to align video content with the overarching channel growth strategies. Communicate project updates, timelines, and any potential challenges or opportunities that arise.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of video and audio quality throughout the production and editing processes. Conduct thorough reviews and revisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations. Stay updated on emerging trends and industry best practices to continuously improve video production quality.

QUALIFICATION 

• Minimum of B.Sc. or its equivalent.
• Not older than 35 years.
• Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor, preferably within the YouTube or digital content creation industry.
• Proficiency in operating professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
• Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Knowledge of video production techniques, including camera angles, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
• Familiarity with the YouTube platform and best practices for content optimization and growth.
• Understanding of visual storytelling principles and the ability to bring creative concepts to life through video.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions.
• Must have an operational editing computer and a reliable internet connection.
• Must be willing to work at any time of the day
