Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable travel options
• Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients
• Provide information on visa requirements, currency exchange rates, and insurance policies – Keep up to date with changes in travel regulations
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Monitor changes in travel trends and recommend new destinations
• Maintain client records and update them regularly
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety standards
