Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable travel options
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients
- Provide information on visa requirements, currency exchange rates, and insurance policies – Keep up to date with changes in travel regulations
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Monitor changes in travel trends and recommend new destinations
- Maintain client records and update them regularly
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety standards
