Job Description
The Social Media Manager / Community Manager would serve as the liaison between the company and the audience.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a community engagement strategy aligned with the brand while fostering a sense of community with the audience/customers.
- Creating engaging video contents for social media, forums, and community.
- Identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand community reach
- Maintaining brand presence and engagements and responding timely to community inquiries, comments, and feedback.
- Organizing and executing online and offline community events, webinars and challenge and encourage participation and create memorable experiences for the community
Qualification
- Must have at least an OND qualification
- Must have good understanding on the use of social media
- Must have a jovial personality.
- Must have great team work and leadership skills
- Must possess good time management skills
- Must be able to create video contents
- Must live within Okota/Ago/Isolo and environs.
