Nollywood actress Toyin Alausa is overjoyed as she celebrates becoming a grandmother.
The veteran actress took to her Instagram page to share the heartwarming news with her fans, revealing that her son and his wife have welcomed their first child.
In her emotional post, Alausa urged her fans to join her in thanking God for the blessings in her life. She expressed immense gratitude for the way God has transformed her life, honored her, and blessed her with a grandchild. She described how God turned her mourning into dancing, lifted her sorrows, and replaced them with immeasurable joy.
Somebody who has tasted the fullness of joy and experienced the wonders of God Almighty should help me shout HALLELUYAHHH and praise God for doing me well. That’s all I’ve been able to say, shout, and sing since God changed my story, decorated me with honor, gave me a new name, and blessed me with the most incredibly beautiful bouncing baby boy I’ve ever set my eyes on… YES OOO MAMA NA BOY OO.
The Monarch of the Universe turned my mourning into dancing again, He lifted my sorrows and replaced them with immeasurable joy. I certainly cannot stay silent. She also recounted a memorable incident from the previous year when her son and daughter-in-law pranked her on April 1st, making her believe they were expecting a child. She had burst into tears of joy, only to find out it was a prank. However, she decreed that her tears of joy had been registered in Heaven and would come to pass, and now, her testimony has been fulfilled.
NB: These children pranked me on April 1st last year, and I had already burst into tears of joy, shouting and dancing, only for them to say it was a prank.
