Overview
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Creative Designer to join our dynamic team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Creative Designer at Fulcrumbizops, you will play a key role in conceptualising and designing visually compelling materials that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to create designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of projects, including digital campaigns, print materials, branding, web design, and social media content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines.
- Create digital art for our art website, art print for our clothing brand, and layout for our digital magazine.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh and innovative design approaches.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming and ideation sessions.
- Maintain and organise design assets, including templates, images, and design files.
Qualifications And Or Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, Digital Artist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital art.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Familiarity with magazine design and layout
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with web design and development (HTML/CSS).
Qualification
- The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours.
- Ability to work on long campaigns when needed.
- It is expected that the successful candidates will provide their own computer, headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection.

Remuneration:
- Monthly compensation ranging from N80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
