Nigerian blogger Stella Dimoko Korkus has revealed a significant update about crossdresser Bobrisky’s imprisonment.
Bobrisky, who was arrested by the EFCC in April for abuse of Naira, was sentenced to six months in jail at Ikoyi Correctional Center after pleading guilty in court.
Stella Dimoko Korkus has announced on Instagram that Bobrisky is expected to be released from jail on August 5th, 2024. The blogger claims that despite his imprisonment, Bobrisky has had access to internet and phone calls, and has not been denied any amenities, except for the lack of freedom.

Earlier in the day, actors Moyo Lawal and Alesh Sanni counted down to Bobrisky’s release. Moyo Lawal announced on Instagram that the countdown to her best friend’s release had begun. Alesh Sanni praised Bobrisky’s resilience, stating that God had a reason for keeping him there and revealed that he had been sending Bobrisky food from his favorite eatery.
Ahead of his release, Bobrisky has also reconciled with his former best friend, Tonto Dikeh. After a public falling out in 2020 and a subsequent social media feud in 2022, it was noted that both Tonto Dikeh and Bobrisky are now following each other on Instagram, signaling a mended relationship.
