Account Executive – Job Description
Reporting directly to our Director of Corporate Sales, the Account Executive will fill a key role in shaping and growing our corporate business: acquiring new corporate customers in the HR/recruiting/talent space.
Responsibilities
- Develop a self-generated pipeline of 100% net new business by prospecting and qualifying opportunities within your assigned accounts
- Uncover strategic initiatives and co-develop business impact stories that Sense can help solve
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs
- articulate and demonstrate our Sense of value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among new prospects
- Engage and educate senior talent and HR executives on the importance of our enterprise platform solution and validate Sense’s client potential
- Partner with the BD, marketing, and product teams to develop account-based engagement strategies to build trust and deliver client value
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant work experience within the recruiting software space
- Entrepreneurial, growth mindset with a track record of overachieving revenue targets
- Previous SaaS and enterprise sales experience in competitive industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience self-generating pipeline through cold outreach techniques leveraging various sales enablement tools
- Comprehensive understanding and deployment of MEDDPICC qualification methodology within your sales process
