BMS ENGINEER
Building Management Systems (BMS) for large-scale commercial and industrial environments.

Responsibilities
- Building Management Systems (BMS): Design, implement, and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) for large-scale commercial and industrial environments.
- PLC Programming: Program and commission PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) to automate and control building systems, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.
- BMS Platforms: Work extensively with Siemens, Honeywell, Delta Controls, Schneider Electric, and other leading BMS platforms, including system configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Subsystem Integration: Integrate various building subsystems, such as HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management, into the BMS for centralized monitoring and control.
- System Maintenance: Conduct system diagnostics, performance tuning, and regular maintenance to ensure that all BMS components function optimally and within design parameters.
- Training: Train clients and end-users on BMS operation and management, ensuring a smooth transition to system ownership.
- Home Automation: System Design and Implementation: Design and implement home automation systems that integrate with BMS, providing seamless control over various home systems, including lighting, climate, security, and entertainment
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), with a proven track record of delivering successful large-scale projects.
- BMS Expertise: Extensive experience with Siemens, Honeywell, Delta Controls, Schneider Electric, or similar BMS platforms, including system integration, programming, and troubleshooting.
- PLC Programming: Proficiency in programming, configuring, and commissioning PLCs, including knowledge of ladder logic, function block, and structured text programming.
