The Bola Tinubu International Conference Centre in Abuja has been fully booked for events until 2027, according to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.
The announcement highlights the high demand for the prestigious venue, which has become a key hub for major conferences, summits, and ceremonies in Nigeria’s capital.
Wike revealed that the conference centre’s schedule is packed with bookings from government agencies, private organisations, and international bodies, reflecting its growing reputation as a premier event location.
The facility, named after President Bola Tinubu, was recently renovated and upgraded to meet global standards, making it a preferred choice for high-profile gatherings.
The minister emphasised that the high booking rate demonstrates the centre’s importance in hosting significant national and international events. He also noted that the FCT administration is committed to maintaining the facility’s world-class amenities to ensure it remains competitive on the global stage.
