Job Description

  • We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Developer to join oursister company team – an IT company.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and expanding our B2B client base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new B2B business opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential clients in relevant industries.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present company products and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Meet and exceed business development targets, contributing to the overall revenue and growth of the company.
  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and conferences to represent the company and identify new business prospects.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, targets, and client feedback.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
