Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at our location in Lekki. The Candidate will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with our clients. This includes handling client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service, conducting regular client meetings, understanding client needs, and coordinating with our cleaning staff to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in customer service or account management
- Organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and products is a plus
- Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a plus
