Responsibilities
- Fashion knowledge – Understanding of current trends
- Communication skills – Effective verbal and written communication to work with designers, stylists, and models.
- Organizational skills – Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail – Meticulous attention to detail for clients order, choice of fabrics
- Flexibility – Willingness to work irregular hours, travel, and adapt to changing situations.
- Teamwork – Ability to collaborate with fashion designers and delivery personnel
- Problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
- Networking skills – Ability to build relationships with industry professionals.
- Time management – Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of budget constraints and ability to work within them.
- Basic understanding of Textile materials
- Fabric sourcing skills

Qualification
- Minimum- National diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry
- Internships or assistant roles with designers, stylists, or fashion brands
