Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Fashion House Manager at Pongol Bespoke. As the candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fashion house, including managing the design and production processes, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of quality in all products.

Qualifications
- Supervisory skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in training and developing staff
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Possess an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Knowledge of garment construction and production processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Business, or relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fashion design software
- Expert in 3D and Manual Illustration is an advantage
