Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Services Engineer located in Lagos. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Field Service and Technical Support skills
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant experience in the field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Professional certifications in relevant areas are beneficial
