Job Description

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping.

 Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Monitor anld enforce compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information for reporting purposes.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations and recommend changes to policies as needed.
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Respond to financial inquiries from management and external stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Finance Officer with a developmental Project.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
