Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Plusworld Roofing. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, training programs, and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support the HR functions of the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience in Benefits Administration
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Salary-150,000
